About
Lumens
I see the iridescent glow take shape across your face, as you join me facing the void
Pretending that ever could we fill it with boxes laced in hate
The truth is out t' a universe never known as we wander to find meaning in a land caressed by the half baked
I wish to show you a reprieve from here if only I could make this gentle rain's drowning stop-
Take my hand like tulips in the wind that we may one day see a paradise fit for kings
Through love like ours, no mistake, it'll be the finish line to which we gratefully capitulate
